Official JHHWB manuscript templates, reporting-guideline checklists, and author forms. Use these when preparing your submission to ensure your manuscript meets formatting and reporting standards.

These files are served from the public assets R2 bucket. Download links will return
404 until the files are uploaded. To upload: go to /dashboard/admin/templates (forthcoming admin CMS feature) or upload
directly via wrangler r2 object put using the filename as the key under the templates/ prefix.
Manuscript Templates

Reporting Guideline Checklists
Authors must upload the relevant checklist as a supplementary file at submission. Select the checklist matching your study type.
CARE Checklist (Case Reports)
PDFConsensus-based Clinical Case Reporting (CARE) checklist. Required for all case report submissions to JHHWB.
